Admin creates shifts, pre-registered vendors bid, first-responder auto-selection, documents verified, worker assigned and notified. No manual coordination.
Admin → Vendor
Admin creates a shift and broadcasts to eligible vendors. Request includes location, role, pay, deadline. Vendors receive email + link to respond.
Vendor Portal Access
Vendor opens link, accepts shift, and submits worker identity, NI number, SIA licence, passport, visa, certifications in one form.
First-Come, First-Served
System auto-marks first valid submission as ACCEPTED. Late vendors receive rejection notice. Winning vendor gets confirmation email.
Admin Approval Gate
Admin checks worker's SIA, visa expiry, background screening status. Approved: move to assignment. Rejected: vendor sends replacement or re-open bidding.
Worker Onboarded
System links worker to shift, updates calendar. Worker receives email with shift details, location, temporary login + password reset prompt.
Worker Accepts
Worker logs in, reviews shift details, clicks Accept. Status moves to Confirmed by Worker. If worker declines, admin requests replacement vendor.
Automated screening, document tracking, and expiry alerts.
